Check – in: From 16:00 to 19:30. There is no 24 hours reception service, therefore the guest must indicate an approximate time of arrival. In case the time of arrival was before or after check-in time, please let us know in order to send you the instructions to follow.
Check – out: Until 12:00 am. Please consult us if you want to exceed check out time and we will let you know if it is possible. You can leave your luggage and pick it up after 12:00 am.
Cancellation policy / Payment (Standard rate and Short Stay):Cancellation is free until 5 days before arrival. The guest will have to pay the total price in case of cancellation after 5 days before the arrival. If the guest does not show up we will charge the total price. Full payment will be made in the 5 days before arrival (once the free cancellation period is over).
From 15 July to 31 August, both included, the cost-free cancellation period finishes 2 days before the date of arrival. The customer will pay the total price if the cancellation is done during the 2 days before the date of arrival. If the customer does not show up the total price of the reservation must be paid. The total price of the reservation will be charged in advance to the customer during the 2 days before the date of arrival (once the cost-free cancellation period is finished).
Changes or modifications: Any change or modification will have to be authorized by the manager and will depend on the terms and conditions of the business. It must be communicated 7 days in advance and may entail a penalty (never less than the 50% of the amount if the modification implies some sort of partial cancellation). Modifications are not allowed during the 7 days before the arrival date.
Non-refundable rate: The client will have to pay the total price in advance and there is no possibility of refund.
Customer service: There is no 24 hours reception service. There is 24 hours phone customer service.
Pets: Not allowed.
Smoking: Smoking prohibited.
Parties: Not allowed.
